All orders are carefully prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
🚚 Shipping method and delivery times
All orders are shipped from France via Tracked Letter or Colissimo.
Average delivery times:
🇫🇷 France: 2 to 5 business days
🌍 International: 5 to 10 business days (depending on the destination)
🔎 Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
🌍 Customs & international taxes
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs fees or local taxes may be applied by the authorities of the destination country.
These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
📦 Delivery issue
If your parcel arrives damaged or is not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
We will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
